Warranty Policy
1. Reflective Sheeting
- Warranty Period
- Type XI / RA3 / Diamond Grade DG³ equivalent:10–12 years
- Type IV / RA3 / High Intensity Prismatic equivalent:7–10 years
- Type III / RA2 / High Intensity Grade equivalent:5–7 years (Warranty period starts from the date of shipment. Applies to finished signs installed vertically using matched components and following application instructions.)
- Coverage Scope
- Manufacturing defects in material and workmanship (e.g., bubbling, delamination, poor adhesion).
- Retention of retroreflectivity within the limits of applicable standards (e.g., ASTM D4956 or equivalent).
- Color stability (no significant fading or discoloration).
- Legibility and conspicuity of the finished sign under normal vertical exposure conditions.
- Exclusions
- Damage due to improper storage, handling, application, installation, or maintenance.
- Misuse, abuse, mechanical damage, chemical exposure, fire, or force majeure.
- Normal wear and tear or fading beyond specified limits.
- Failure caused by non-matched inks, overlays, or substrates.
- Fluorescent colors: warranty reduced by 1–2 years (if applicable).
2. PPF (Paint Protection Film)
- Warranty Period
- Elite:Weather Resistance 10 years, Warranty 7 years
- Pro:Weather Resistance 7 years, Warranty 5 years
- Core:Weather Resistance 5 years, Warranty 3 years
(Warranty period begins from the date of professional installation.)
- Coverage Scope (after installation)
- Surface defects (orange peel, dents, tape marks, etc.):1:1 compensation (replacement or equivalent refund).
- Coating issues (staining, corrosion):1:1 compensation after technical evaluation (external corrosion excluded).
- Substrate issues (yellowing ΔE ≤ 2, hydrolysis):1:2 compensation (pro-rated refund or partial replacement).
- Adhesive issues (edge lifting, residue): compensation determined by technical evaluation (1:1 or 1:2 depending on case).
- Exclusions
- Physical damage, scratches, impacts, or improper chemical exposure.
- Improper cleaning or maintenance (e.g., abrasive materials, strong acids/alkalis).
- Non-professional installation or use on non-original paint surfaces.
- Normal aging beyond expected weatherability.
- Installation on modified or repainted surfaces.
3. TPU Wrap (Thermoplastic Polyurethane Vehicle Wrap)
- Warranty Period: Weather Resistance 5 years, Warranty 3 years (starts from the date of professional installation).
- Coverage Scope
- Manufacturing defects (bubbling, delamination, excessive yellowing/fading).
- Failure of self-healing properties (minor scratches not recovering).
- Substrate stability (no significant hydrolysis or cracking).
- Adhesive performance issues (non-user-induced lifting or residue).
- Exclusions
- Physical damage, scratches, overstretching, or impacts.
- Improper cleaning, chemical exposure, or maintenance.
- Non-professional installation or exposure to extreme heat/abuse.
- Normal wear and tear beyond the 5-year weatherability expectation.
- Application on non-flat or non-original surfaces.
General Terms
Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies only when the product is stored, handled, applied, and maintained according to instructions. The sole remedy is replacement, repair, or pro-rated refund at the Seller’s discretion. Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., labor costs, downtime). Force majeure events exempt the Seller from liability.
Claim Process
Notify Seller in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect. Provide proof of purchase, installation photos, and samples for inspection. Seller will inspect (or use a third-party evaluation) and issue a decision within 60 days.
