Shipping Options (International Orders – per roll, standard rates apply):

• Express (UPS/DHL): 3-5 business days – $150 USD per roll. Fastest and most reliable option with full tracking; ideal for urgent or smaller orders.
• Air Freight + UPS/DHL: 7-10 business days – $100 USD per roll.Great balance of speed and cost; suitable for most international shipments.
• Sea Freight + Final Delivery (UPS/DHL): 20-30 business days – Contact customer service for a customized quote. Most cost-effective for bulk/wholesale orders; door-to-door service with the final leg handled by courier for reliability.

Key Details:

• All shipments include a tracking number. You can monitor your order in real-time on our “Track My Order” page.
• Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (longer during peak seasons or for custom/bulk items).
• Shipping costs are calculated per roll and added at checkout (or quoted for sea freight).
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may incur import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, or customs clearance fees at the destination. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office.
• For white-label (OEM/private label), bulk orders, or special destinations, we offer tailored economic shipping solutions—please reach out to our sales team for details and personalized quotes.
• Packaging: Rolls are securely packed in protective tubes/cartons to prevent damage during transit.

At Ruina Material, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following policy carefully to qualify for returns or exchanges.

To Qualify for a Return:

1. Return Timeframe

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your product. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Return

• The roll must be returned in the exact condition as received: unrolled, uncut, with no material removed or used.
• If the roll has been unrolled, improperly re-taped, cut, or if any portion is missing/damaged, a restocking fee or deduction will be applied based on the extent of use or damage.
• Rolls must be returned in their original packaging, including the box, protective tube, and all protective layers. Damaged packaging may affect eligibility.

3. Shipping Costs

•  Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is confirmed defective by us.
• For defective rolls, we will cover the return shipping (we will provide a return label or reimburse the cost).
• For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Restocking Fee

• No restocking fee will be charged for unopened or completely unrolled rolls.
• For opened/unrolled rolls with no damage, a partial restocking fee may apply (up to 20% of the order value, depending on condition).

5. Defective Product Procedure

• If you believe the material has a manufacturing defect (e.g., material flaws, visible imperfections), please contact us within 7 days and provide:
• High-quality photos/videos clearly showing the issue
• A detailed description of the problem (include order number, receipt date, etc.)
• Submit all information to our support email: support@ruinamaterial.com for review.
• Once we confirm the defect, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or reshipment at no extra cost.
